Piermont Grand is restricted by HDB for purchasing as it is considered as a public home within the first 5 years.  There are Piermont Grand EC Eligibility check before one can buy a unit.

After staying in Piermont Grand for the first 5 years, the owner can sell the unit to Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident.  It is only at the 1o years mark, Piermont Grand is open to foreigner to buy.

Important note for HDB Upgrader:

  • The current minimum occupation period of 5 years (MOP) must be met
  • Must fulfil the Household Application position
  • Must have one Singaporean to apply
  • If single applicants, must be Singaporean and also get in another single to buy as Joint Single Scheme
  • Gross family income must not be more than $14,000
  • 2nd timer to pay for Resale Levy
